  • Enhanced Efficiency and Reduced Labor: Customers are ”highly satisfied,” confirming the tool has ”enhanced efficiency and reduced manual labor” in handling information requests.  
  • Faster, More Accurate Outcomes: The automation has led to faster turnaround times, lower administrative costs, and more accurate data.  
  • Customer-Validated Value: 100% of interviewed organizations report that Auto Retrieval has achieved or is pending achievement of key outcomes, including reduced turnaround time for requests, improved data accuracy, and reduced administrative/labor costs.  
  • Strong Partnership and Technology: Respondents highly value MRO’s ”proactive leadership, strong technology, and clear communication.” 

According to KLAS, MRO’s Auto Retrieval solution has an impressive Overall Performance Score of 98.6 out of 100 and received top-tier grades in all key performance indicators, including an ‘A+’ for Executive Involvement, Likely to Recommend, and Supports Integration Goals. 

 According to one survey respondent, “The key strengths of Auto Retrieval are that it dramatically increases efficiency due to automation. MRO knows and understands what things will work for us and how well they will work. For risk adjustment, the system is a great place to start because it has the same records that payers want every time.”
